Order Processing

We process all orders within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Your gear is prepared with the same precision you bring to your training.

We stand behind our gear just like we stand behind your training journey. If your equipment doesn’t meet your fighting standards, we’ll make it right.

Return & Exchange Window

You have 15 days from the delivery date to initiate a return or exchange for eligible items. Just like in training – timing is everything.

Conditions for Returns & Exchanges

• Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
• Original tags must be attached
• Items must be in original packaging
• Proof of purchase required

⚠️ Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Fight Gloves (including MMA Gloves and Training Gloves)
• BUNDLES (special bundle offers)

These items are excluded due to hygiene considerations and the specialized nature of fight equipment.

The Return Process – Step by Step

Step 1: Request Your Return

Contact our customer service team within 15 days of delivery at [email protected] with:

• Your order number
• Item(s) you wish to return/exchange
• Reason for return

Step 2: Wait for Authorization

We’ll respond within 24-48 hours with:

• Return authorization number
• Shipping instructions
• Return address

Step 3: Package and Ship

Securely package your items including:

• All original tags and packaging
• Copy of your order confirmation
• Return authorization number visible on the package

Step 4: Processing

Once we receive your return:

• We’ll inspect items within 3-5 business days
• You’ll receive email confirmation of approval/denial
• Approved returns will be processed immediately

Refund Timeline & Methods

We process refunds with the speed of a champion’s jab:

• Processing Time: 3-5 business days after we receive and inspect your return
• Refund Method: Refunds are issued to your original payment method
• Timeline: 7-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account (depending on your bank/payment processor)

Exchange Process

Want a different size or color? Follow the same return process and:

• Clearly state the item you want to exchange for
• We’ll ship your new item once we receive the return
• Exchanges are subject to product availability

International Returns

Since we serve fighters globally (excluding some Asian regions and remote areas), international returns follow the same process. However, customers are responsible for:

• International return shipping costs
• Any customs duties or taxes
• Ensuring proper documentation for international shipping
