3. Order and Payment Terms

  • Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50 via EMS, delivered in 15-25 business days after shipping.

• Non-Returnable Items: Fight Gloves (including MMA Gloves and Training Gloves) and BUNDLES cannot be returned due to hygiene and specialized nature.
• Process:

  2. We’ll provide a return authorization and instructions within 24-48 hours.
  3. Ship the item securely with all original packaging and the authorization number.
  4. We inspect returns within 3-5 business days and process refunds to the original payment method in 7-10 business days.
• Exchanges: Follow the return process and specify the desired size or color. Exchanges are subject to availability.
• International Returns: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any customs duties or taxes.

Refunds are not provided for return shipping unless the error is ours. We process with the speed of a champion’s jab!
